Established in 2019, New Perspective Communal Living (NPCL) is a non-profit program that provides comfortable and affordable housing, job preparation training and life skills to prepare individuals for independent living. In January 2022, NPCL purchased a building located at 2054 Edison Avenue in Granite City Illinois which opened it's doors in September 2022. Since its opening, NPCL has welcomed six (6) individuals.

The housing serves as a platform from which they can pursue personal goals and improve their quality of life.
